Christmas Challenge Week 3

WOW!!! Week 3 of this Challenge already. And I actually have some things to show.

I decided last year that I was going to make some tags for all the Christmas Present's this year, as the shop bought ones I find to be very dull and drab, so this week I pulled out my Christmas stamp set and got about making them. This is what I've come up with

I've also been busy designing my Christmas Cards for this year. So far I have come up with 3 different designs, but I can guarantee that this won't be all I do. We have about 80 cards to send out every year, and I don't want them all looking the same. My aim is to come up with about 10 different designs. I'm part of the way through. This is what I've done.

Birthday Card.

Ok so it's not exactly a Christmas Challenge, but it's my Step Daughters Birthday on the 1st of August, and while I'm in the card making phase of my life thought I would make this one up. I just love the colours. Hopefully she'll like it as well...

Christmas Challenge Week 2.

No photos for me to show today. Really only checking in to let you know that YES I am still working, I've managed to get 2 whole calendars Jan-Dec made up, and 3 from Jan-May. I've placed an order with Stampin' Up! for calendar scrapbook, so when that arrives I'll make one up and see how it goes. Hopefully I should be getting that in the next day or two.

Sorry that's about it for this update..

24 weeks Till Christmas Challenge.

Week 1.

I've signed up to a Christmas Challenge over at Skippers Creative Expressions. The idea is to try and get 1 Christmas present/project out of the way each week so that come Christmas Time I'm not completely run off my feet organizing all the Christmas presents for family interstate and here.

I probably won't get 1 per week done as I've got quite big projects to do, but I will deffinately post once a week and keep you updated as to where I am with everything.

Most of the family know that I do calendars for Christmas and try to put pictures of the kids on them every year so that everyone not close to the kids can see them often. This year though will be a little different, instead of ordering them online, I've chosen to hand make each and everyone. BIG TASK I know, but it's something I'm looking forward to. Therefore this weeks entry for me will be calendar templates. I've made these up using Stampin' Up Calendar stamps and alphabet/numbers. 1 set down, 15 more to go

Kindy Thank You's

These are the little Thank You boxes that I did for my 5 year olds kindy teachers. They absolutely LOVED them.
